How do I invest in NCD and get a return?
As we mentioned above, NCD means Non-Convertible Debenture. Anyone can easily invest in NCDs using ASBA or UPI.
When NCD opens in the market, you can apply for it through ASBA or UPI, just as we apply for an IPO.
When an investor buys an NCD or a bond, they are usually lending money to the company, and in return, the company pays the investor a return as per the maturity amount at a fixed interest rate on the specified date.
All these corporate bonds are debt securities. These NCDs are considered long-term investment options.
