  3. Enter Principal Employer Name
  4. Select your state and Region.
  5. Enter your Email(Username) and Phone No.
  6. Accept the Terms and conditions.
  7. Click on the “Sign Up” button.

ESIC Portal Application Login:

There are two options to login to your account, as an employer or as an employee, using your username and password. here are the steps below:

  1. Visit the official ESIC portal.
  2. Direct login: https://www.esic.gov.in/insured-person-employer-login.
  3. Enter username and password.
  4. Fill out the Captcha code.
  5. Tap on Login.

ESCI Employee Login

To login into the ESCI Employee Login, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to the official ESIC portal.
  • In the services section, Select Employers > click on Employers Portal.
  • Enter your Username and password.
  • Enter Captcha Code.
  • Then, Click on the LOGIN button.

To login into the ESCI Employer Login, please follow the steps below:

  • Go to the official ESIC portal.
  • In the services section, Select Employers > click on Employers Portal.
  • Enter your Username and password.
  • Enter Captcha Code.
  • Then, Click on the LOGIN button.

Documents Required for ESIC Scheme:

To register for the ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation) scheme, an employer needs to submit the following documents:

  1. Registration certificate of the company/firm/establishment.
  2. PAN card of the company
  3. Bank account details of the company
  4. List of all employees along with their basic details such as name, date of birth, Aadhaar card details, etc.
  5. Salary details of all employees.
  6. Proof of address of the company such as electricity bill, telephone bill, etc.
  7. Digital signature certificate (DSC) of the authorized signatory.
  8. Memorandum and Articles of Association (MOA and AOA) or partnership deed or trust deed.

Apart from the above documents, an employer is also required to provide a valid email address and mobile number for communication purposes.

For employees who are eligible for ESIC benefits, the following documents are required:

  1. ESIC registration form signed by the employer.
  2. Aadhaar card.
  3. Identity proof such as PAN card, voter ID card, passport, etc.
  4. Bank account details.
  5. Family details such as name, date of birth, Aadhaar card details, etc.
